1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nerdswhofish.com ("the Site") or purchasing a product through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or complete a purchase.

2. Services and Products
Nerds Who Fish, LLC provides technology consulting, development, and setup services. Product pages describe fixed-price services or digital products that can be purchased without a separate proposal. Any work outside the description on the product page requires a separate agreement.

3. Purchases and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. The amount shown at Stripe Checkout is the amount charged. Stripe processes payment, and Nerds Who Fish does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. A purchase is complete only after payment succeeds.

4. Coop Setup
The $500 Coop Setup includes installation of the NerdsWhoFish Coop server in a compatible environment, baseline configuration, one parent account, pairing of the first child device, and one remote handoff. Hosting, domain registration, hardware, custom development, content curation, additional device setup, and ongoing support are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

We will contact the email address used at checkout within one business day to confirm compatibility and schedule the work. If the available environment cannot support Coop and we cannot agree on a reasonable alternative, we will issue a full refund.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
The order-confirmation email includes a self-service link for a full refund during the first 24 hours after payment. After that window, refund requests are reviewed individually based on work already completed and costs already incurred. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, timely access to the environment where work will be performed, and permission to configure that environment. You are also responsible for third-party hosting, internet access, devices, accounts, and service fees unless the product description says otherwise.

7. Contact Form Submissions
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry. By submitting it, you consent to us contacting you using the details you provided.

8. Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Nerds Who Fish, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Open-source software remains governed by its own license. Purchasing setup does not transfer ownership of Nerds Who Fish source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

9. Client Work and Portfolio
Client websites and projects shown on the Site are displayed with client permission. Ownership of client deliverables is controlled by the applicable project agreement.

10. Third-Party Services
The Site and purchased services may rely on third-party platforms, including Stripe, Cloudflare, hosting providers, app stores, and YouTube. Their availability, terms, and behavior are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third party changing or discontinuing its service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is". Purchased services will be performed with reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation of third-party services or compatibility with future third-party changes.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerds Who Fish, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or a purchased service. Our total liability for a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Ohio law. Any dispute must be resolved in the state or federal courts serving Fairfield County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires another venue.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future Site use and purchases. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
